License: Airframe & Power Plant License - Required Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MRO environments (e.g., AAR Corp., Aviation Technical Services (ATS), Delta TechOps, Lufthansa Technik, StandardAero, ST Engineering)
- Wide body Aircraft Experience Required (Example: B777, B787, B757, B767, MD11 , B737-800)
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Technical Skills
- Structural Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of aircraft structures according to maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.
- Repair and Modification: Execute repairs and modifications on aircraft structural components using approved techniques and materials.
- Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install structural components and systems on aircraft, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering drawings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications performed, complying with regulatory requirements.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during all tasks and operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality aircraft maintenance.
- Completes any or all structural rework/repair, squawks, and E.O.'s.
- Perform work of the level described herein, interpret complex blueprints and use arithmetic involving decimals and fractions
- Fabricate detail parts from blueprint or engineering instructions
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in physically demanding environments
