AmP Announces Mexico’s Agencia Federal de Aviacion Civil (AFAC) Renewal

Arlington-based aviation maintenance organization, Aviation Maintenance Professionals (AmP) (www.avmxpros.com), announces the renewal of Mexico’s Agencia Federal de Aviacion Civil (AFAC) through September 2023, including full maintenance and repair services for Mexican-registered aircraft.

Initially certified in March 2013, AmP will continue to provide full-suite airframe and engine maintenance and repair services to XA, XB, and XC Mexican-registered aircraft, including Gulfstream, Bombardier Learjet, Hawker and Dassault.

“Our initial goal in 2013 was to provide reliable, convenient and superior-quality aircraft maintenance services for Mexico operators,” says Jim Balzer, COO, AmP. “Our renewed AFAC certification confirms our commitment to our Mexican clientele.”

AmP’s AFAC certification includes both engine and airframe authorized services for the following aircraft and models:

  • Gulfstream: GII, GIII, GIV, GV, G200, G300, G450
  • Hawker Beechcraft: BAE-125-700, 800, 800XP, 900XP, King Air 200/B200
  • Dassault: 20, 50, 50EX, 900 A, B, C
  • Bombardier Learjet: LR-45 all series, LR-60 all series, 601
