  • Perform inspections and scheduled heavy maintenance on CRJ aircraft.
  • Conduct modifications as required.
  • Work in a PART 145/MRO facility under fast-paced conditions.
  • Complete heavy maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Provide and use your own tools effectively.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience with C D checks.
  • Experience in MRO or DEPOT level work environments.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Independent working capability under time constraints.

Additional Skills Qualifications

  • Must provide own tools.

You will perform heavy C/D checks on CRJ aircraft for regional airlines. The environment is fast-paced and time-sensitive, with a typical aircraft overhaul turnaround of 7-10 days. Work the southern swing shift: 4 days on (12-hour shifts) and 3 days off, alternating with 3 days on and 4 days off. The facility operates 24/7 with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Dress code is casual, with T-shirts, shorts or jeans, and steel-toed shoes. Safety is paramount, with standard PPE required, including safety glasses/goggles, and additional PPE as needed. Fall protection training and all required safety training are provided during the initial orientation.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
