Job Title: A P Mechanic**If interested, please apply or call Danielle at 3 1 6 4 4 8 4 4 8 9**Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced A P Mechanic to join our team working on CRJ 700 900 aircraft. This role involves heavy maintenance, specifically C and D checks, as well as interior modifications to enhance the aircrafts seating arrangements. The position offers a long-term opportunity as we handle all heavy maintenance in-house without subcontracting to third-party MROs.Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy maintenance and modifications on CRJ 700 900 aircraft.
  • Conduct C and D checks and various mods to transition CRJ 700 aircraft from 70 to 50 seats by adjusting seating classes.
  • Execute necessary modifications while aircraft are in the hangar for heavy checks.
  • Collaborate with a team to maintain and modify aircraft engines.
  • Work in specialized shops, including engine and Cosmo shops, focusing on sheet metal and composite repairs.
  • Support the Starlink installation project across the GoJet fleet.

Essential Skills

  • A P license with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with CRJ or ERJ aircraft preferred, but other airframes are acceptable.
  • Experience in heavy maintenance (C D checks) on ERJ and CRJ aircraft.
  • Familiarity with Part 121 regulations and/or MRO experience preferred.

Additional Skills Qualifications

  • Experience in sheet metal and composite repairs is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate tablets for technical drawings.

Work Environment

  • The position requires working in a non-climate-controlled hangar or performing line maintenance as needed. Employees must be flexible to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, ensuring safety and quality.
  • The schedule offers options for 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. All technical work is supported by digital blueprints and drawings accessible via tablets.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
