ALTO Aviation Expands its Engineering and R&D Team with the Incorporation of Eugenio Penate as Electrical Engineer.

ALTO Aviation announces the appointment of Eugenio Penate as Electrical Engineer, joining the ALTO Aviation Engineering and R&D team led by Steve Scarlata, VP of Engineering and R&D. Penate will be located at the ALTO Jupiter, FL facility.

Penate comes to ALTO Aviation with extensive international experience in embedded systems design and RTOS with ARM processors, Firmware programming, PCB design, manufacture and assembly, Analog, Digital, and Mixed signal PCB layout techniques using Altium Designer, RF and Microwave PCB layout techniques using ADS Momentum, PCBs manufacturing process using chemical and CNC milling line and iOS programming.
