Atlanta, GA – Avgroup announces that Jim Spencer will open a new office location for Avgroup in Wichita, KS. Spencer will focus on customers in the northwestern U.S. and in Canada.

Spencer has more than twenty years of experience with Matrix Aviation and a background in avionics.
