Aviall Announces New Human Resources Leader

Aviall, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, welcomed Louis Burrell as Vice President, Human Resources at Aviall, effective late April.

Burrell is an experienced and influential senior human resources leader with a strong record of delivering results, developing talent and partnering with executive leaders in global organizations. During his time with such companies as Arrow S3, Armstrong World Industries, Frito-Lay and Ford, he’s led Human Resources transformation, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, pension, variable compensation plans, Human Resources IT systems transformation and safety. Louis has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management and Information Systems.
