Gulfstream Names Two Product Support Sales Directors

SAVANNAH, GA - Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. recently named two long-time employees to help lead its Product Support Sales organization. Brian Schank and Darwin Stout now head the respective sales teams for principally the east and west coasts of the United States. They report to Mike West, vice president, Product Support Sales.

From his base in Savannah, Schank is responsible for maintenance sales to Gulfstream and non-Gulfstream operators in Washington, D.C., and the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.

Seattle-based Stout’s territory is comprised of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming; Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan in Canada; and Central and South America. Stout will relocate to Southern California.

Schank, a 24-year Gulfstream veteran, was most recently director, Business and Program Support, Product Support Sales. While at Gulfstream, Schank has also been director, West Coast Sales; a regional sales manager (RSM); Technical Services administrator; and an aircraft technician.

Schank earned a bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance management from Lewis University. He is a licensed pilot and holds an A&P license.

Stout, who is in his seventeenth year with Gulfstream, was most recently a West Coast-based national sales manager for Product Support Sales. He has also been a Southwest-based RSM, a marketing representative for Service Center Sales, a manager for Business Sales and a liaison engineer for Service Engineering.

Stout is an aerospace engineering graduate of the University of Tennessee. He earned an Aviation Safety Certificate from the University of Southern California and is a licensed pilot and A&P technician.
