Assembly Fitter - Sheet Metal UAP

Morson Talent are recruiting for an Assembly Fitter – Sheet Metal UAP to join a leading aerospace company in Burnley.
Pay: 18.25ph PAYE / 24.36ph Umbrella Location: Burnley Schedule: Monday to Friday Days (with potential to change to nights or different shift patterns)
The role: As part of the Sheet Metal Components Team, you’ll be working with steel, aluminium, and titanium to produce high-quality assemblies. You will follow engineering drawings, templates, and fixtures, installing aerospace fasteners and parts in line with engineering and quality requirements.
What we’re looking for:
Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant discipline
Strong practical skills with tools and equipment
Good concentration and accuracy when cutting, drilling, and assembling
Ability to interpret technical drawings and visualise finished products
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a skilled aerospace environment on precision sheet metal assemblies.
