You’ll identify parts for replacement, ensure proper functionality of machinery, and contribute to the smooth operation of production processes.Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and testing of machinery and equipment
- Identify worn or malfunctioning parts and place orders for replacements
- Follow pre-established guidelines and report to a supervisor or manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate powered industrial trucks as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any exposure risks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field
- Familiarity with standard mechanical practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work under immediate supervision
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks

- Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
- Subco Bonus Program: Up to $3,000
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
