Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our team at a large MRO facility in Bridgeport, WV. This facility serves as a central Service Center for CRJ 200, 400, 700, and 900 series aircraft, offering exciting opportunities to work on heavy avionics installations, troubleshooting, wire harness fabrication, and modification.Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy avionics work on aircraft, including installation, troubleshooting, wire harness fabrication, and modification.
  • Work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment with specific timeframes to complete tasks.
  • Support heavy C/D checks on CRJ aircraft for regional airlines.
  • Communicate aircraft maintenance actions effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with corporate or commercial aircraft.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A P) or Airframe (A) License preferred.
  • GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certification preferred.
  • Certification from Avionics, Electric A/C Technical school or equivalent military training preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Additional Skills Qualifications

  • Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus.
  • Must possess own tools.
