Avionics Technician
Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician responsible for troubleshooting various avionics systems across different aircraft. This role involves working with multiple brands of systems, focusing on components and electrical systems such as airborne navigation, communication systems, autopilot systems, weather radar, transponder, pitot-static systems, compass systems, instruments, and accessories.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and test instruments, components, and assemblies using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters.
- Work on avionics systems without installing them.
- Perform entry-level A P work including removing panels.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure systems are effectively maintained.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in general aviation or corporate experience.
- Experience with Collins Pro-Line, Honeywell, or Universal systems.
- Familiarity with one of the following: Falcon, Hawker, Lear, Challenger.
Additional Skills Qualifications
- Active A P license is a plus.
