Job Title: Avionics Technician (Will accept rotary experience from the Army)Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate for the Avionics Mechanic position will be professional, highly productive, disciplined, team-oriented, technically astute, and responsive to the needs of the company, colleagues, and customers. Reporting to the Director of Production, this position will perform organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance to include inspection, operational test, repair, modification, troubleshooting, and replacement of aircraft electrical/avionics systems on all assigned aircraft, components, and equipment. This position will apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems and to provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to other teammates as needed.Responsibilities

  • Perform organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance on aircraft electrical/avionics systems.
  • Conduct inspection, operational tests, repairs, modifications, troubleshooting, and replacement of systems on assigned aircraft.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
  • Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to teammates.
  • Engage in avionics modifications, troubleshooting, and installations.
  • Handle tasks involving wiring diagrams, crimping, splicing, and fabrication of wire harnesses.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, with 1st and 2nd shift available.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
