STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing, and we are looking for experienced B1 Aircraft Mechanics to join our team in Newquay. This is your opportunity to play a key role at our hangar and be part of the next chapter in our journey as the UK’s leading MRO.
Applicants must either be citizens of the United Kingdom or currently hold valid work authorization for the UK with at least two years remaining until expiration.
Key Duties Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Follow STS and customer interface processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all maintenance activity and man-hour bookings
• Execute maintenance to the highest standards, ensuring timely and efficient completion to customer satisfaction
• Maintain the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, complying with all company procedures and policies
• Fully comply with minimum Health Safety requirements in the workplace and COSHH regulations

Skills and Abilities

• Minimum of 5 years’ aircraft experience performing repairs, overhauls, and maintenance on large commercial aircraft
• Current authorization to work in the UK for any employer
• Valid DBS or the ability to obtain one
• Previous live aircraft mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
