BizJet Appoints New President, Thomas Illner

BizJet International Sales and Support, Inc., announces that Thomas Illner has joined BizJet as its new president and CEO on July 1, 2021. Illner succeeds Volker Magunna, who has accepted a position within the Lufthansa Technik Group as the president of Hawker Pacific.

Illner has been with the Lufthansa Technik Group since 2008. He has served engine customers in various account management positions, as well as been head of Product Line for Aircraft Engines, where he oversaw commercial and technical production management for engine events. His most recent role was head of Product Sales for Aircraft Engines, where he specialized in sales and marketing and business development. Prior to joining Lufthansa Technik, Illner was an industrial engineer.
