Brian Andrews Assumes Interior Manager Position in Battle Creek, MI

Duncan Aviation announces that Brian Andrews has accepted the Interior manager position for its Battle Creek, MI, facility. Andrews began his 17-year tenure at Duncan Aviation as an airframe technician after graduating from the Michigan Institute of Aeronautics with his A&P license.
After a nine-year stint, Andrews transitioned to project manager, spending seven years in that department, five as the program coordinator for the NetJets program. In Airframe Sales, Andrews was responsible for building business for Embraer and Gulfstream airframes. In his role as Interior manager, he’ll be responsible for growing and developing team members in the Interior department so they can continue to support customers’ needs.
Andy Richards, vice president of Completions & Modifications, says, “I am excited to have Brian take the reins of the Battle Creek Interior department. Brian’s strengths are his breadth of experience in aviation and his ability to lead teams while inspiring them to improve in all areas of their business. I am confident that Brian will strengthen and extend our position as a leader in the industry.”
Andrews and his wife, Aimee, have been married for 16 years and have three children, identical twin 13-year-old sons, Alex and Tyler, and an 8-year-old daughter, Natalee.
“Even though I grew up in the Airframe department at Duncan Aviation, I feel like I’m coming home to the Interior department,” says Andrews. “I worked with this group for years as a project manager and consider it a privilege to be a part of this team.”
