Duncan Aviation Welcomes New Gulfstream/Embraer Airframe Service Sales Representative

Duncan Aviation announces Austin Chambers has accepted the position of Gulfstream/Embraer Airframe Service Sales representative in Battle Creek, MI, where he will provide technical sales for airframe service projects. Chambers is taking over for Brian Andrews, who was recently promoted to Interior Shop manager.

Chambers began his career at Duncan Aviation in 2010 as a customer account representative in Lincoln, NE, and he transitioned to a business development specialist for the Parts and Rotables Sales team in 2012.

"Austin's energy, enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent customer service make him an asset to the sales team as he helps customers find the right services and solutions for their needs,” says Sales manager Phil Suglia.

Chambers attended Southeast Community College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Prior to coming to work for Duncan Aviation, Austin worked at Kenexa as an IT support tech and moved to the Sales team for customer satisfaction and employee retention surveys.

“There is a great team of people working on Embraer and Gulfstream aircraft, and I feel fortunate to be given the opportunity to join them. I look forward to continuing the superior level of support that my predecessor, Brian Andrews, was able to provide his customers and will do my best to serve this market with that same dedication and professionalism,” says Chambers.

Both Chambers and his wife, Liz, love the outdoors and everything that keeps them active. They're particularly fond of camping, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. The couple has two sons: Riley (5) and Kyle (18 months). After their 7-year-old son Tyson lost his battle with brain cancer several years ago, Austin and Liz started advocating for pediatric cancer awareness, and they created Tyson's Treasure Chest Foundation in 2012 in his memory.
