Dallas Avionics Welcomes Cody Klaehn

Dallas Avionics announces the addition of Cody Klaehn to its team as the executive of Government Agency Sales. In his new role, Klaehn will work with military, law enforcement, and other government agencies to help equip and train clients on the latest product offerings.

"Dallas Avionics has been a longtime supporter of governmental agencies in law enforcement, EMS, military, Department of Defense, and border patrol," says Klaehn. “After retiring from the Texas Department of Public Safety (Texas DPS), I wanted to join a team that was supporting the work I did for 27 years. By joining Dallas Avionics I am able to use my hands-on experience to assist customers with their needs."

Klaehn served the Texas DPS in numerous roles, including special operations and as part of the SWAT team where he served as team leader. He also worked in the aircraft division as a tactical flight officer and even served as team leader for helicopter hoist rescue. Prior to the Texas DPS, he served in the United States Marine Corps.

"My experience has given me ample opportunity to know the requirements for ground operations, flight operations, and special operations," says Klaehn. "I used all the equipment that government agencies know and use on a daily basis to serve and protect our nation. My experience and position at Dallas Avionics will not only help me to offer equipment that customers will need but also give me the ability to train them and give them proven tips and tactics to maximize their efforts.”

"I have worked with Cody for many years," says Dallas Avionics Law Enforcement and EMS Business Development manager, Kenny Hall. “He is well-known in the industry, offers a diversity of product knowledge, and will be a great asset to the team. It is great to add another person to the team that has an extensive breadth of knowledge from an operators perspective.”
