Duncan Aviation Announces Bryce Richie as New Global/Challenger Service Sales Representative

Duncan Aviation announces that Bryce Richie has accepted the position of Global/Challenger Service sales representative at its Lincoln, NE, facility. Richie has served for the past four years as team leader of the Global/Challenger team, consistently demonstrating strong leadership.

Richie began his aviation career at Hill Aero Modification Center, where he spent three years working on flight controls and medical modifications. In 2016, he joined Duncan Aviation as part of the Flight Control team, quickly earning a reputation for his technical skill and dedication. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned to the Global/Challenger program, where his leadership and expertise led to his advancement of lead technician.

In his new role, Richie will focus on supporting Duncan Aviation’s Bombardier customers by providing maintenance planning, developing project quotes, and coordinating service opportunities for Global and Challenger operators.

“This new position represents the next step in my career with Duncan Aviation and within the Bombardier program,” Richie says. “I really enjoy working directly with customers and helping to solve challenges in real time. I look forward to continuing to build relationships and ensure every Bombardier operator has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.”

“Bryce’s extensive technical background and customer-first mindset make him an excellent addition to our Service Sales team,” says Duncan Aviation Airframe and Engine technical sales manager, Troy Nail. “His years of hands-on experience with Bombardier aircraft give him a unique perspective that our customers will truly value.”

A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Richie grew up spending the school year in Lincoln, NE, and summers on his family’s farm near Wayne. He is the proud father of a 2½-year-old son, Waylon, and shares his home with his three dogs—Killian (Pitbull), Kaliber (Italian Mastiff), and Kilo (Boxer). Outside of work, Richie enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, and any outdoor activity.

“I’ve been an airplane nut since I was a kid,” Richie says. “When I graduated high school, I applied to Duncan Aviation but didn’t yet have the experience they required. Working at Hill Aero was my way to get a foot in the door, and once Duncan Aviation gave me that opportunity, I never looked back.”
