Duncan Aviation Appoints Hannah Bodenstab to Assistant Manager of Parts & Rotables Sales

Duncan Aviation announces the promotion of Hannah Bodenstab to assistant manager of Parts & Rotables Sales, a move that reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to responsive service, strong inventory availability, and knowledgeable customer support.

With 12 years of experience supporting customers across domestic and international markets, Bodenstab brings deep insight into what customers need to keep their aircraft flying — speed, accuracy and clear communication. In her new role, she will focus on empowering the Parts & Rotables Sales team to deliver consistent, high-quality service while working closely with Rotables managers and Consignment teams to strategically expand Duncan Aviation-owned inventory. This approach directly supports faster turnaround times and improved availability through the growing Duncan Aviation E-Commerce platform at DuncanAviationParts.com

“Hannah understands the pressures our customers face because she’s worked directly with them,” says Tony Curtis, manager of Component Repair and Parts & Rotables Sales. “Her ability to combine frontline sales experience with process improvement and team leadership helps ensure our customers receive knowledgeable support and reliable solutions when they need them most.”

Bodenstab began her career at Duncan Aviation as a summer intern in 2012, gaining exposure across multiple departments before joining the Parts & Rotables Sales team. After supporting customer quoting efforts, she transitioned into a Sales role focused on the international market, where she developed expertise in global regulations, documentation requirements, and cross-border customer coordination. These experiences continue to inform her customer-first approach to leadership.

Over the years, Bodenstab has taken on increasing responsibility, serving as a crew leader in 2021 and supervisor in 2023. In each role, she has emphasized listening to both customers and team members, ensuring processes and tools align with real-world customer needs.

“My team supports our customers every day, so my role is to support them,” Bodenstab says. “When our sales team feels heard, equipped and empowered, our customers feel the difference through faster responses, clearer communication, and better outcomes.”

Bodenstab holds a bachelor of arts degree in art with an emphasis in graphic design from Doane College in Crete, NE. Outside of work, she and her husband, Devon, enjoy spending time with their three children and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Kansas City Royals.
