Duncan Aviation Names Matt McGinn Bombardier Service Sales Representative
Duncan Aviation announces that Matt McGinn is now a Bombardier service sales representative. In this position, McGinn will assist Bombardier operators in planning for maintenance events and provide quotes for these workscopes.
Lincoln airframe service sales manager, Troy Nail, is excited that McGinn accepted the position. “Matt is an experienced and capable leader with a great customer following. He will excel in this new role,” Nail says. “He brings years of experience with Bombardier aircraft, and that technical knowledge will help customers as they explore the maintenance services offered by Duncan Aviation.”
McGinn was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and at the age of 25 joined the U.S. Navy where he was an aviation structural mechanic working on MH-60S helicopters. While stationed in San Diego, CA, McGinn met his wife, Renee. After five years of service, they moved back to Lincoln where he started at Duncan Aviation as an airframe tech I in Feb. 2014.
“I grew up around Duncan Aviation,” McGinn says. “My dad, Kevin McGinn, was a Duncan Aviation regional manager and worked here for 35 years.”
McGinn has been at Duncan Aviation for seven years and has worked his way up to a Bombardier airframe team leader, working on Challenger, Global and Learjet airframes.
“With my technical background on Bombardier products, I’m ready to help customers navigate their options and provide a great experience throughout the entire process.”
McGinn and his wife enjoy hunting, fishing and grilling in their spare time.
