Ohio Aviation Maintenance Symposium

The Central Ohio Professional Aviation Maintenance Association, Columbus State Community College, Federal Aviation Administration, and the FAASTeam, are co-sponsoring the Ohio Aviation Maintenance Symposium on March 13-14, 2013. The symposium will be held at Columbus State’s Aviation Maintenance Technology Facility: 5355 Alkire Rd (Bolton Field) in Columbus, OH

The symposium has 40 spaces available for vendors. Perimeter booths consist of one 10’ table and interior booths are U-shaped with an area of 8’x 10’. In the event more than one reservation for the same booth are received, placement will be determined by the first paid reservation. The Booth Layout, Booth Registration, and Booth Availability forms will soon be available at www.cscc.edu/academics/departments/aviation-maintenance/symposium/.

The event organizers will need approximately 24 speakers for presentations of 50 minutes and/or duplicate sessions. A speaker registration form will soon be available on the website. Vendors and speakers are encouraged to provide door prizes. Prizes of larger value will be raffled as a Central Ohio PAMA fundraiser to support scholarships for A&P Students. Smaller prizes will be given as door prizes to attendees.

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Drury Inn and Suites located in Grove City, OH. Reservations should be made no later than Tuesday, February 12, 2013. Reservations made after this date will be subject to prevailing rate and availability.
