
First 767 Integrated IS&S EICAS and FPDS Upgrade Completed by GoAeroMx Brings Modern Flight Deck Functionality

GoAeroMx, a provider of advanced and NextGen retrofit solutions, announces the successful installation of the Innovative Solutions and Support (IS&S) engine-indicating and crew-alerting system (EICAS) add-on to the flat panel display system on a Boeing 767-300 series aircraft.
This milestone marks a continued flight-deck modernization strategy for legacy Boeing 757 and 767 operators, offering enhanced engine-performance monitoring, fault detection, and crew alerting afforded by the EICAS system on a fifth common part number display unit.

The EICAS upgrade complements the existing FPDS architecture by replacing the two legacy EICAS displays with a standardized display unit used for both monitoring and alerting functions. The new configuration eliminates both of the CRT-based displays and adds a single LCD display. Operators benefit from real-time engine data and alert monitoring that delivers OEM-equivalent confidence and reliability.
Designed for seamless integration, the EICAS system update can be installed during or after the FPDS retrofit with minimal disruption to aircraft operations and reduced out-of-service time. In addition, the system has been approved for B-Level pilot training as part of the STC, minimizing the training burden for flight crews. This upgrade offers a cost-effective and operationally efficient solution for operators seeking to eliminate obsolescence and extend the lifecycle and value of their Boeing 757 and 767 fleets.
