Key Responsibilities: Perform all maintenance actions including troubleshooting flight simulatorsDiagnose and correct complex problems on simulatorsPerform preventative maintenance tasks on simulators and associated training and support systemsPerform pre and post flight activities on all simulatorsPerform visual alignments and simulator testingAssist with software modifications and enhancements to the simulatorPerform housekeeping functions within the simulators as requiredMust be able to work multiple shifts including nights and weekends

Requirements: 

Qualifications and Experience:

middot; Experience in electronics, engineering and flight simulation is a plus.
middot; Technical school graduate (Professional training) or military service school in electronics, electronics or mechatronic.
middot; Fluency in English ndash; read, speak, write. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
middot; Understand electronics, motion, and visual systems associated with the training system.
middot; Experience working within a real time computing environment and the ability to identify, diagnose and correct complex technical issues with the training system.
middot; Familiarity with general hand tools; general electronics test equipment (meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.); diagnostic equipment (hardware); diagnostic software; electrical and pneumatic power tools and ability to solder wires and components.
middot; Must be able to utilize test and support equipment associated with the maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of the simulator system.
middot; Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, simulator software and technical documentation; and ability to evaluate, isolate and repair malfunctions.
middot; Familiarized working within a PLCrsquo;s is a plus
middot; Familiarized on Linux/Unix systems and ldquo;Crdquo; language is desired.
middot; Familiarized on Linux/Unix systems.
middot; Familiarized on Computer Networks.
middot; Good oral and written communications skills.
middot; Ability to work with minimal supervision.
middot; Commitment to team work
