Full Time or Seasonal Helicopter Mechanic in support of base and fire operations

Operating primarily in challenging environments, our fleet includes H125 and Bell 206L helicopters, with additional opportunities to work on fixed-wing aircraft such as the Air Tractor 802.
Based out of Clovis, NM, we serve federal, state, and private clients, committed to safety, reliability, and mission success. As our operation expands, we seek experienced maintenance technicians to keep our diverse fleet mission-ready.

The Opportunity:
We’re hiring Experienced Helicopter and Fixed-Wing Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for full-time or seasonal roles. Candidates with rotorcraft experience, especially on H125 and Bell 206L are highly preferred. These roles support our year-round operations.
Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on H125, Bell 206L helicopters, and fixed-wing aircraft (Air Tractor 802) 
• Troubleshoot and repair avionics, airframes, powerplants, and rotor systems 
• Conduct inspections and ensure FAA compliance and company standards 
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records 
• Support in-field operations during fire season (travel required) 
• Maintain ground support equipment 
• Support operations on both rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft 
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
