GARD Specialists® secures FAA DER approval to provide special high-strength threaded inserts to repair piston- and turbine-engine cases and other airframe gearboxes and components that have stripped threads.

With over 1 million inserts installed in nuclear power plants and many other industrial applications, the “GARDsert® is now available for use on certificated aircraft and engines.

The “GARDsert®” installs with hand tools. The insert will not pull out of the host engine or airframe cases.
