We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Helicopter Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various helicopter models in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and experience working on a wide range of rotorcraft.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on helicopters in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Interpret and apply Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Alert Service Bulletins (ASBs).
  • Track and balance rotor systems using specialized test equipment and apply theory-based adjustments.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot engine parameters including oil pressure, Ng, temperature indications, and topping settings.
  • Inspect, measure, and assess components using dial calipers, micrometers, borescopes, tensiometers, bore gauges, and feeler gauges.
  • Use hand tools and torque equipment accurately to ensure precise fastener installation.
  • Keep thorough, accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work performed.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers to ensure timely, high-quality aircraft readiness.
  • Review and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data for efficient troubleshooting and repair.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Meet all maintenance deadlines while ensuring compliance with all FAA and company standards.

Pay/Schedule:

  • Per diem split to those that qualify
  • M-F Day Shift
  • Must have own tools
Requirements: 
  • FAA A P License Required
  • 3+ years of helicopter maintenance experience, including 2+ years on models such as:
    • Airbus: AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145
    • Agusta/Leonardo: AW109, AW119, AW139
    • Bell: 206, 407, 429, 412, 505
    • MD Helicopters: 500 series
    • Sikorsky: S-76
  • Proficient in the use of aviation maintenance tools and instruments
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and powerplants
  • Comfortable performing detailed repairs under pressure and with precision
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
