IBAC Welcomes the Irish Business and General Aviation Association as New Member
The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) announces the Irish Business and General Aviation Association (IBGAA) has joined IBAC as its newest member association.

Josh Stewart, founding chairman of the Irish Business and General Aviation Association (IBGAA), says, “To come on board as the 15th member association of IBAC is a huge honor and a massively important step in our mission to bring Ireland’s business and general aviation industry together. As a national non-profit association, IBGAA aims to have an international reach, while actively striving to showcase Ireland as a global hub for business and general aviation opportunities. A coordinated voice for business aviation, the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) was founded in 1981 by five business-aviation associations whose core mission was to represent the interests of business-aircraft operators in their respective countries. The initial five organizations have now grown to 15 member associations spanning six continents. A governing board comprised of representatives designated by each member association directs IBAC. The work of the member associations fundamentally guides IBAC’s priorities. IBAC, in turn, provides expertise to the work of the International Civil Aviation Organization, ensuring global standards reflect business-aviation needs, and advises the member associations on best practices and policies to facilitate international business aviation and the growth of their operator members.
