Job Title: Interior Technician - Aviation ServicesJob DescriptionAs an Interior Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing various aircraft interior components, including bulkheads, seats, sidewalls, galley and lavatory items, and overhead baggage compartments. This role involves working with composite, electrical, mechanical, and basic structural repairs.Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace bulkheads, seats, sidewalls, galley and lavatory items, and overhead baggage compartments.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively to perform repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to follow complex instructions accurately.
  • Perform composite, electrical, mechanical, and basic structural repairs on aircraft interiors.

Essential Skills

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Minimum one year of aviation experience in military, Boeing, or complex aerospace assembly.

The schedule includes one 1st shift from 0530 - 1500 and one 2nd shift from 1400 - 2200, with frequent overtime around 10 hours per week or more, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Initial training will be conducted during the day shift for the first 6-8 weeks. A temporary badge will be provided until the full Boeing badge is processed.Job Type LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
