Our work includes managing QC governance and compliance, organizing large-scale training events such as the Annual Training & Standards Meeting (ATSM), and leading major projects like dashboard consolidation, training scheduling, and logistics for QCL/QCO programs.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and rosters for training sessions and meetings.
  • Help maintain and consolidate project dashboards and performance data.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and governance meetings.
  • Coordinate communications and materials with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and research support for ongoing projects and process enhancements.
  • Support major Flight Standards initiatives, including the QC Program, ATSM, and QCL/QCO training events.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Quality Control/Risk, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Power BI or PowerApps a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The starting rate for this role is $20.00.The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills.
