Jet East Hires Ozzy Torres and Brian Leitschuck as Regional Sales Directors

Jet East, a Gama Aviation maintenance company offering full-service capabilities and 24/7 mobile maintenance, announces the hiring of Ozzy Torres and Brian Leitschuck. Mr. Torres will serve as the regional sales director covering the Florida region and Mr. Leitschuck will serve as a regional sales director covering the Midwest region of the U.S. Both additions to the company bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the corporate aviation industry.

Torres spent most of his 20+ year career in Florida with Starport Aviation, which was acquired by Constant Aviation in 2017. He began working as a technician and advanced to roles such as shift supervisor and project manager. Noticed for his attention to detail and ability to connect with customers, Torres transitioned his career into a sales support role. During that time, he used his strong technical background to help build quotes and close business. His hard work and dedication escalated his career again when he became a regional sales manager in 2020.

Leitschuck began his career with Duncan Aviation in 1999 as a technician. He transitioned from the floor to an engineering role focused on OEM completions when Dassault contracted Duncan for completions of the 7X. Leitschuck took a new opportunity with Gulfstream in 2012 where he served as a design engineer for the 450, 550 and 650 models. From there, he moved on to a sales role and has remained in sales since that time, focusing his attention and competencies on aircraft modifications and maintenance sales.

Stephen Maiden, president and CEO of Jet East, notes, “Ozzy and Brian add strength to our sales team, covering two very important regions for our success and growth.” He continues, “Ozzy’s skill-set, working behind the scenes to support a sales group, helped establish a foundation of knowledge that will advance our goals in the Florida region. In the same manner, Brian’s vast experiences with large-cabin aircraft, modifications and completions, and business-aviation maintenance will be instrumental to our sales approach and future."
