Ameriflight mechanics work on aircraft from nose to tail, which means they are able to gain unique expertise that cannot be found anywhere else.

Job Description:
Technicians will perform mechanic duties on engines and airframes. They are required to take instruction from senior technicians and report to the maintenance manager.

Primary Duties

Avionics technicians assist with installation, troubleshooting and repairing, and other tasks related to the maintenance, installations, and repair of avionics systems and components on a variety of aircraft product models in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturers specifications, company-approved procedures, and customer specifications.

Responsible for the coordination of quality activities mainly assembly inspections of varying degree, root cause-corrective actions (RCCA), FAIs, NCRs, and supplier issues. Responsible for internal customer contact in a cross-functional work environment by performing the following duties. Applicants need to be open to working overtime and have aviation experience. A P License is required.

​Performs aviation logistical supply support functions for the Battalion (BN) Petroleum, Oil Lubricants (POL) room. Manages, maintains, and projects future Class III requirements by ensuring that inventories are completed, on time and in accordance with policy and procedure.

Functions as an Aviation 15R MOS Qualification Course Instructor under the direction of the Aviation Institute Maintenance Repairman Training Section Lead. Responsible for performing duties as an 15R Course Instructor, conducting academic instruction, hands-on performance training, and evaluations to ensure student proficiency and adherence to maintenance standards.

  • Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.
  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Summary Description Of PositionThis position is responsible for fabricating aircraft parts, accessories, and trim in accordance with technical specifications. Composite technician jobs are detail-oriented and involve crafting, sanding, bonding, assembly, and autoclave with a variety of composite materials.Minimum Requirements And Qualification
