Seeking assistant to the Director of Maintenance for the position of Lead Aircraft Mechanic.This position will work directly with the DOM to ensure the Part 145 Repair Station is adhering to established policies and meeting production and quality goals.In addition, they will work closely with the customer representatives daily to ensure timelines and maintenance expectations are met.

The Aviation Technician will be expected to successfully perform inspections, maintenance, and repair of customer aircraft and articles in an airworthy manner and in compliance manufacturerrsquo;s maintenance instructions and/or other approved data, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (Parts 43, 65, 145, etc.), customer requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Working with moderate supervision, performing inspection, test, repair, overhaul, and/or alteration on aircraft components in accordance with Federal Regulations and Repair Station policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:

  • Perform maintenance on components received by the repair station including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair/overhaul, assembly, and testing with minimal supervision.
  • Document maintenance completed in accordance with federal regulations, repair station rules, and specifications.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area

The Heavy Maintenance Representative is responsible and accountable for the management and oversight of the A319 aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance and repaint activities at Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) and Paint Facilities located within the United States of America prior to joining the Qantas family of aircraft.

Maintenance Control is responsible for controlling and monitoring the line operations of the Maintenance Department. It ensures that the aircraft are kept in an airworthy condition, that scheduled maintenance is accomplished in a timely manner and unscheduled maintenance events are coordinated to prevent disruptions to the schedule.

Sheet Metal Structural Assemblers/Mechanics compensation range (based on experience level) $22- $38.50/hr
