This is a rotating (flexible) shift position.
This position is responsible for performing Aircraft on Ground maintenance and assisting with scheduled maintenance as needed.

AM Aviation is hiring full time FAA certificated A P Technician. Rotorcraft experience is recommended. Robinson Helicopter experience is recommended. The A P Technician repairs, troubleshoots, inspects and performs maintenance on Customer aircraft. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
Duties Responsibilities:

  • Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and documents faulty components.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and perform inspections of maintenance and modification actions.

Support daily repair and manufacturing operations for incoming workload for C-5, C-17, C-130, F-15, J-STARS, RQ-4, Global Hawk and other workload as required.

As an aircraft powerplant mechanic III, candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of maintenance and servicing actions to aircraft that may include various complex components such as engines, propeller systems, and controlling systems.
