Details:

  • Independently perform a variety of aircraft modifications and maintenance functions such as removal and installations of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems to assure conformance to procedures, performances and test specifications.

Job Objective: Determine Company aircraft airworthiness.
Job Duties:

A P certified individual with Inspection experience within a Maintenance Repair Organization. Familiarity with the use of the tools, techniques, and technical data required to perform inspection of aircraft and component parts. Prefer individual with previous MRO experience encompassing aircraft primary inspection and return to service.

Looking for an Airframe Powerplant mechanic to join our team at our new location in Athens. Will be maintaining piston, King Air, and Jet aircraft. We are an established maintenance and charter operation with a family atmosphere. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required. Salary dependent on experience. Military experience a plus.

This is a full-time position that will report to the Director of Maintenance and interacts with the Director of Operations, the Chief Pilot, Systems Operations Control staff, and the Companyrsquo;s flight crews. The responsibilities include the day to day aircraft maintenance needs of the Company involving a variety of maintenance tasks relating to the Companyrsquo;s aircraft and engines.

Job Duties

  • SIGN ON BONUS Up to $4,000
  • Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on single and twin piston aircraft of various makes and models.
  • 100-hour inspections
  • Repair discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot
  • Solve problems and seek resolution to technical issues as they arise
  • Induction/Dismantle of Engine/Components
  • Set up engine/component into work area
  • Clean components in accordance with engine manuals.
  • Complete check in process #8211; reviewing documentation
  • Identifying the status of the engine/component and determine if any outstanding modification or airworthiness directive need to be incorporated
