Aircraft Mechanic I ndash; A P Technical Support
Must have experience on: FAA certified part 121, 135 or an FAA certified part 145 working repair station working on transport Beechcraft or Bombardier category aircraft.
Job Duties:

The Aircraft Mechanic II performs maintenance on aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, hydraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, flight schedule and operations, ventilation and heating systems and phase and preservation services.Essential Responsibilities:

The UH60 Aircraft Mechanic I repairs, services, and troubleshoots malfunctions on aircraft drive train and rotor systems.

The UH60 Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

The CH47 Aircraft Mechanic II performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

The C-12/King Air AND/OR UC-35/Citation Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA AP) Services, repairs and overhauls assigned aircraft and subsystems to ensure airworthiness. Uses technical data to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and repairs or replaces faulty components.

The Aircraft Mechanic I (UH-60) performs maintenance on helicopters, excluding repair of systems according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals and safety procedures.

Responsible for delivering technical instruction to adult learners in aircraft maintenance disciplines, including airframe, powerplant, avionics, and systems operations. This role includes developing lesson plans, creating and updating Plans of Instruction (POIs), and facilitating engaging learning experiences for adult learners.

  • Under general supervision, Aircraft Maintenance Specialists perform inspections, repair and overhaul on agency aircraft such as light and medium class rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft in order to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment engaged in flight operations; and maintain and update technical data related to aircraft maintenance and applicable federal regulations.

The Quality Support Lead (Quality Control Inspector/Safety/OSHA) coordinates and conducts internal quality audits and performs Quality Assurance support activities in all areas of responsibility to ensure performance meets contractual requirements.
