A P Mechanic
Job Purpose: The A P or Non A P Mechanic diagnoses, adjusts, repairs and/or overhauls aircraft and related systems.
Duties:
Able to assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors and other electrical components. Clearly document work performed, control equipment status tags, log critical information during installation, verify parts requests, etc.. Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, written instructions, etc.
The technician will be responsible for installing all mechanical parts on the assembly of the helicopter, such as rotor head, transmissions, engines, hydraulic lines and flight controls, working in areas that may be cramped and/or little room. The technician will work from engineering drawings and job cards and follow the production schedule.
The A P Technician troubleshoots, repairs, inspects, and performs maintenance on Customer aircraft. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
Minimum Experience:
2 Years of experience on mix of certain a/c types
Sheet Metal Mechanic Specialist is responsible to maintain, modify and integrate components into major assemblies. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of co-workers, by coaching and mentoring other mechanics in best practices for quality objectives.
