  • Perform aircraft maintenance work by FAA and Company regulations
  • Perform Airframe and Engine inspections
  • Perform aircraft inspections on Helicopter model Airbus AS350 , Bell 407 , Sikorsky S76 , Leonardo 139
  • Perform aircraft inspections on Fixed Wing aircraft
  • Post flight checks, Service checks, and Aircraft Cleaning
  • Airframe and Power plant license recommended
  • Aviation Experience a must
  • Helicopter Experience a plus
  • Complete understanding of maintenance procedures and requirements
  • Evaluate and correct discrepancies when approved.
  • Perform inspections in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals/337rsquo;s and ICArsquo;s.

Aircraft Mechanics III must have a combination of experience to repair engines, sheet metal, structural, hydraulic, electrical, power train and general mechanical maintenance of moderate difficulty, required to meet the assigned missions.
Duties:

Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations.

Oversees program quality requirements and processes for maintenance/repair, materials, services, products, training, and safety.

Inspect aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, accessories-brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems. Maintain records related to maintenance performed on the aircraft. Mechanics may also repair sheet metal or composite surfaces.

  • Inspect, test, repair, maintain, and service aircraft.
  • Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
  • Modify aircraft structures, systems, or components, following drawings, engineering orders and technical publications.
