The position is responsible for fabricating, modifying, installing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics systems, wiring in aircraft and ground support equipment in accordance with established technical specifications, engineering instructions, wiring diagrams and FAA regulations for the ER-2. Fabricates, installs and tests installation, routing, clamping and wiring harnesses.

The entry-level position offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art avionics technology essential for training the next generation of Navy and Marine Corps helicopter pilots.

The Avionics Technician installs, inspects, tests, adjusts, or repairs avionics equipment, such as radar, communications, navigation, and missile control systems in assigned aircraft. Performs tasks independently with little or no supervision.Job Duties Responsibilities:

Our 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am. The shift incentive includes a 10 -15 premium, paid lunch, 3 day weekends, formal airframe training and eligibility to transfer to 1st shift after 3 years. Our weekend Shift schedule is Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm.
