- Must have A P License (Must be provided at the time of submission)
- Must have at least 18 months of experience. Military is encouraged to apply. (No GA or Assembly)
- Must have your own tools
- Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge
- Must be able to work any shift
- Must be able to pass a written skills test
- Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences; lays out and assembles units for production of electronic equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjusts and calibrates systems as required.
Work is on corporate aircraft, including Challengers, Lears, and Globals. Bonus pay is for those that qualify.
Pay is based on years and aircraft experience. There are big incentives for those who qualify!

The role

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft according to company and industry standards, manage and perform annual 100hr and condition inspections of GA and experimental warbird-type aircraft.
- MUST have an Airframe Powerplant License with Inspection Authorization and knowledge of FAA regulations.
CareFlite AMTs are responsible for maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications of CareFlite aircraft and for ensuring that the CareFlite aircraft remain in an airworthy condition. CareFlite AMTs are part of the professional team that provides air ambulance transport in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Candidate will perform maintenance on a variety of GA aircraft, as we are the only on-field maintenance facility. We also operate a Part 135 operation with multiple Beechcraft King Air's.

SUMMARY:

The Aircraft Maintainer reports directly to the Director of Maintenance for all responsibilities and duties designated to the position, not just those listed below. This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing aircraft structural systems. Also helps to maintain hydraulic and mechanical systems, identify repair methods, and schedule routine updates.
This is a contract position that will start on April 15th and last for 60 days. Housing will be paid for.
