The Avionics technician Sr. (3+ years of experience) is responsible for effectively performing R E routine work associated with heavy aircraft A, B, C and D checks.

Under minimal supervision, learn how to use a variety of sheet metal working tools, techniques, and materials to fabricate complex parts and subassemblies for completion of VIP aircraft.

Under minimal guidance; plans, lays out, fabricates, installs, assembles, repairs, operates, tests and troubleshoots systems on VIP aircraft in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations and assumes a leadership role by providing routine instructions on work tasks, blueprints and OJT for junior level technicians.

Fabricate, install, assemble, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces on VIP aircraft.

Perform installation inspections of components, structures wiring and other aircraft associated items for conformity to engineering and other approved data.
