The Director of Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of USAeroFlightrsquo;s fleet of 9 training aircraft operated under our CFR Part 141 operating certificate. These aircraft currently include 7 Cessna 172s, 1 Cessna 182, and 1 PA-39 Twin Comanche.
The Director of Maintenance:

Veterans Alliance is in search of talented Structures Technicians to join a growing global aerospace company in Tucson, AZ. This is a FAA heavy maintenance and repair facility that has a 200,000 square feet temperature controlled hangar. Military veterans highly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00/hr.
Per Diem Travelers: $640 per week in tax-free per diem ($33,280 a year)

  • Performs regular maintenance on corporate aircraft including cleaning, repairing, inspecting and maintaining the structural, mechanical, and electronic elements of the aircraft, replacing parts, measuring wear and assessing whether parts need repair or replacement.
  • Ensures proper working condition of mechanical systems before flight.
  • The Sheetmetal Technician Senior works under minimal supervision to safely lay-out, fabricate and install parts equipment and fabricated items on aircraft following established operating procedures.
  • All work performed should be in accordance with company design specifications, quality standards and completed work should meet customer expectations.

The Aircraft Program Manager (Crew Chief) is responsible for the maintenance, scheduling, and monitoring of the maintenance activities on their assigned aircraft, and for supervising the performance of maintenance on their aircraft by company or vendor personnel.

Technicians work in a team environment with other technicians, pilots, dispatchers, and line service in order to ensure a safe and legal environment for passengers and colleagues in fulfillment of the air transportation services. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.
