  • Researches technical data and examines the structure and components of an aircraft for defects on the surface, inside the material, or hidden by other structures in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, FAA regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts Non Destructive Testing on parts and structures to determine serviceability.

The Chief Inspector is responsible for the quality of the Aircraft Airworthiness process. The CI has the authority to establish and modify the policies, procedures, instructions, and information for the Aircraft Airworthiness, and Airworthiness Release/Logbook Entry process.

Duties Include:

Performs Line/Hangar maintenance tasks, minor structural repairs and modifications, and routine electrical and avionics troubleshooting and repair without supervision, on C-40A (737-700C) aircraft. The candidate must have a broad and deep understanding of aircraft maintenance and maintenance management procedures.
