Job DescriptionRepair with simple instructions, different types of electrical and electronic test benches, to answer problems of the production line.Manufacture from technical drawings, different types of electrical and electronic test benches (electrical box and electrical harness that will be connected to the aircraft) that will test the aircraft during its manufacturing process. Maintain, diagnose and repair electrical test benches. Make the electrical calibration of the tools used for the tests. Qualifications- Possess the following diploma (s): DEC or AEC Industrial Electronics OR DEC or AEC Electronics or DEC or AEC Avionics AND 5 years experience in the field for all courses (aviation area an asset) - Know the principles basic avionics systems.- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings for the manufacture and assembly of different types of simple or complex electrical test benches. - To be qualified to make aeronautical cable welds and crimping for aeronautical connectors. - Have a good team spirit and global analysis to facilitate communication. - Be able to diagnose problems on AC and DC circuits using specialized equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscope and so on. - Analyze 3D drawings and models from CATIA V5 (an asset) - Be able to use several types of tools, such as table saw, drill, drill press and riveting tools. (An advantage)- Be qualified to use different types of lifting platform. (An asset) - Speak and write in French. (Mandatory) - Speak and write in English.
