lt;stronggt;Job Description:lt;/stronggt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Experienced A&&P licensed field service technician to perform engine repairs and module level work scopes both in the shop and in the field, domestically and internationally. Job duties include large range of maintenance from service bulletin and AD compliance to inspections and repairs and dis assembly to module swaps. Individuals must maintain high level of performance and integrity and be an effective team player with leadership potential.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Individuals should have experience with the following work scopes:lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Bore scope inspections, compressor top and bottom case repairs, module removal and installation, engine change && QEC, AD and SB modifications, hot section replacements, configuration change, Fan blade replacement, lease return and pre buy inspections. lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Requirements:lt;ulgt;lt;ligt;A&&P licenselt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Large engine experience other than line maintenancelt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Military experience is acceptable depending on engineslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Must have performed overhaul on one of these types of engines : CF34, GE 90, CFM 56, CF 6, PW2000, V2500lt;/ligt;lt;/ulgt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;stronggt;Job qualificationslt;/stronggt; :lt;ulgt;lt;ligt;must have experience performing complete overhaul of aircraft engines.lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Must be willing to travel up to 75 of the timelt;/ligt;lt;ligt;must have experience breaking engine down to a modular level .lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;tools are not requiredlt;/ligt;lt;ligt;must have minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with these engineslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Power plant certification requiredlt;/ligt;lt;/ulgt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Location : lt;stronggt;Dallas,TXlt;/stronggt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;stronggt;Paylt;/stronggt; :lt;brgt;lt;brgt;$30-$37 an hour (plus per Diem when traveling)lt;brgt;lt;brgt;First shiftlt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;br /gt; lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;br /gt; lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;br /gt; lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;stronggt;About Aerotek:lt;/stronggt;lt;stronggt; lt;/stronggt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;lt;stronggt;We know that a companys success starts with its employees.
