Accessory Shop Mechanic I SUMMARYAn Accessory Shop Mechanic is responsible for performing high quality maintenance of aircraft turbine engines. This Accessory Shop Mechanic I has limited experience in overhaul and calibration of hydro-mechanical and pneumatic turbine engine accessories.

This position is a 3-day, 12-hour schedule. This position is eligible for relocation, an annual bonus scheme, 401k matching, and other benefits and discounts. POSITION SUMMARYThe Maintenance Controller will coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Company Aircraft at outstation locations to ensure timely return to service.

Candidates must be highly proficient in fabrication, drilling, bucking, shooting rivets, cold working, corrosion/damage removal, flap peening and jacking/shoring aircraft. Significantly experienced with using technical data and drawings to locate part numbers and complete all repairs.

This job involves tasks such as performing routine checks and repairs, keeping records of inventory, and identifying faults with components of the plane. A P mechanics often work in hangars, repair stations, and on airfields.A P License is required.

​Performs duties as an Aircraft power train technician; performs unit level maintenance on aircraft power train and rotor systems. In addition, disassembles friction dampers and hanger assemblies. Repairs and services power train and rotor components. Applies corrosion preventative procedures. Cleans, preserves, and stores assigned components.

​Performs duties as the Aviation Non-destructive Inspector (NDI) level III Technician under the direction of the Production Control (PC) Supervisor. Interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the NDI/NDT method(s). Assumes technical responsibility for the NDI/NDT facility and staff. Conducts NDI/NDT for acceptance of aviation parts.

Functions as the UH-60M Mechanic under the direction of the UH-60M Mechanic Lead. The UH-60M Mechanic will perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with approved publications and directives. The UH-60M Mechanic will also provide technical direction and training to mentor Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG) maintenance personnel when needed.

​​Functions as the UH-60M Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) in coordination with Production Control (PC) Manager. The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) shall be responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verification of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.

​Functions as the UH-60M Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) in coordination with Production Control (PC) Manager. The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) shall be responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verification of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.

​Functions as the 1st Battalion UH-60M Mechanic Lead under the direction of Battalion Production Control Supervisor. Responsible for prioritizing, tracking, and scheduling UH60M maintenance requirements. Reports any problems that affect completion timeline to Production Control (PC).
