Manufacture using simple instructions, different types of templates and parts, to answer problems of the production line. Manufacture from technical drawings, different type of templates.Using measurement systems such as "Laser tracker and photogrammetry", measure certain points requested by the quality group on different aircraft components. (An asset) Know the principles of assembling an airplane in general. Qualifications-Collect the following diploma (s): DEC Mechanical Engineering orDEP Machining + ASP Tooling orDEP Machining + ASP Punching orDEP Machining + 3 years experience in tooling - Know the basic principles in mechanics. -Read and interpret technical drawings for the manufacture and assembly of different types of simple or complex jigs. -Operate conventional and digital machine tools.-Be able to do simple programming for the use of a machine tool. -To use a "Laser tracker" using the Polywork system. (An asset) - Use a photogrammetry system. (An asset) -Develop inspection reports using a computer using various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel). -Analyze 3D drawings and models from CATIA V5 (An asset) -Be qualified to use different type of aerial platform. -Be able to do work at height. -Have a good team spirit and global analysis to facilitate communication. -Parking and writing in French.
