V2X is growing! V2X is currently looking for an Ordnance Equipment Mechanic to join our team!General Summary:An Ordnance Equipment Mechanic will perform the following duties, and other related activities as assigned:

Principal Specialist, Infrastructure Workplace Services (JBC-P Support Technician)Position is full-time exempt (salaried) working for the National Training Center Training Support Contract (NTCTSC) at the National Training Center (NTC).

The Egress Specialist shall have two years of experience in ejection seat maintenance and two recent years of egress system repair. The Egress Specialist shall be a graduate of a Navy AME ldquo;Ardquo; School and CENNAVAVNTECTRAU for specific T/M/S or factory equivalent training course. The Egress Specialist shall be qualified on ground support equipment applicable to the specialty.

The Parachute Rigger shall be a graduate of Navy PR or equivalent Air Force or Army MOS course and shall be allowed to perform ALSS system maintenance. A minimum of three years within the last five years practical experience at the organizational or intermediate level is required.

Certification of all NDI personnel in ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic particle, and liquid penetration methods shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-410E.

Aircraft Mechanics shall have three years of experience in their specific aircraft maintenance occupational field and experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.

The Aircraft Mechanic performs Organizational, Intermediate and limited Depot level maintenance to include inspection, operational test, repair, modification, routine daily and periodic servicing and troubleshooting on F-15 B/D aircraft, aircraft systems, components and equipment. Additionally, ensures flight readiness and supports and executes launch and recovery operations.
