V2X is seeking an organized and detail-oriented TH-57 Maintenance Control Specialist to join our team at NAS Whiting Field, supporting the Advanced Helicopter Training System (AHTS). The Maintenance Control Specialist will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our training helicopters.

Occupational Summary: The Aircraft Mechanic II (Parachute Rigger) is required to maintain and service the aircraft and aircrew Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) systems/components as required in support of the Program in accordance with applicable publications and governing instructions.

Directs, coordinates, and monitors all maintenance actions required to support VX-31 FA-18 Avionics Work Center operations in accordance with CNAFINST 4790.2 series and associated government and Company instructions.

Performs Organization and Intermediate aircraft weapons systems maintenance, on and off equipment weapons systems/component repair, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing, launch and recovery operations, corrosion control and inspection with minimum supervision. Must have extensive knowledge of the aircraft weapons systems for which he is certified.

Our 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am.
