The Aircraft Mechanic III ndash; Avionics will primarily perform all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft and equipment maintenance, both on and off equipment, on assigned aircraft and equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), M1 policy, DAFI 21-101(and supplements), as well as industry standards.

Job Duties:

The Maintenance Controllerrsquo;s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aircraft maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. They work with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical support, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time.

The Aircraft Maintainer reports directly to the Director of Maintenance for all responsibilities and duties designated to the position, not just those listed below. This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing aircraft structural systems. Also helps to maintain hydraulic and mechanical systems, identify repair methods, and schedule routine updates.

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft according to company and industry standards, manage and perform annual 100hr and condition inspections of GA and experimental warbird-type aircraft.
